 ce Centering Prayer using the method as taught by Thomas Keating and Cynth
 ia Bourgeault.\nMeet at St. Thomas  upper room for 20 minutes of silence 
 as we chant\, pray\, and return from our busy thoughts to the present mome
 nt to deepen in God's presence. Other silent meditation practices are also
  welcome.\nFor those who are interested\, our sits are followed by 10:00 a
 m Circle of Grace spiritual practice and then for those who want we receiv
 e Healing Eucharist at 11:00 am. Stay for one or all gatherings.\nDrop in!
  No registration required but donation of any amount always gratefully ac
