 St. Thomas  upper room for 20 minutes of silence as we chant\, pray\, and
  return from our busy thoughts to the present moment to deepen in God's pr
 esence. Other silent meditation practices are also welcome.\nFor those who
  are interested\, our sits are followed by 10:00 am Circle of Grace spirit
 ual practice and then for those who want we receive Healing Eucharist at 1
 1:00 am. Stay for one or all gatherings.\nDrop in! No registration requir
