 r\, mindful breathing\, walking meditation\, with a focus on how breathin
 g assists this meditation\, lectio divina\, labyrinth and healing sound me
 ditation.\n\nLunch\, snacks\, and one-on-one Spiritual Care sessions are i
 ncluded.\nFacilitators:\nGene Fraser  Gene is a longtime student of Thom
 as Keating and Cynthia Bougeault and has practiced Centering  Prayer for 
 more than 25 years. He has been commissioned as a Centering Prayer presen
 ter by Contemplative Outreach International and is a member of Christ Chu
 rch Cathedral\, Vancouver. Prior to returning to Christianity\, Gene pract
 iced in other spiritual traditions and has received lay ordination in Zen 
 Buddhism. Gene has a PhD in Mental Health Law and is committed to balancin
 g contemplative practice with action in social justice programs for disadv
 antaged members of the community.\n\nMaria Koehn  Maria will bring her s
 inging bowls and offer us a time of sound meditation. Maria says\, "My pa
 ssion for sound healing is holding space for sacred spiritual experiences 
 for people who participate. It's always my intention for people to experie
 nce God through the sessions." Maria is a certified sound healer working 
 with individuals and groups to reduce stress and anxiety. \n\n\nLorie Mar
 tin   Lorie is the vicar at St. Thomas Anglican church in Chilliwack\,
  a spiritual director\, and retreat leader. Lorie is committed to the jour
 ney of love and healing. She highly values contemplative practice\, creati
 ng sacred spaces\, and gathering together in community to experience God i
 n life-growing ways. Lorie is the inter-parish director of The Centre for 
 Spiritual Renewal\, and she on the Board of Directors for The Contemplativ
