Advent: The Holy Practice of Noticing

This is a four week course centered on "[preparing] Him room." Participants will discover why noticing matters and practice cultivating awareness through guided exercises, self-reflection, collective creativity and more.

Fridays include Centering Prayer at 9:30 AM, open for drop-in participation.

Cheryl Rostek is a former pharmacist whose life was upheaved by incurable brain cancer in 2016. Since then spirituality and contemplation have become indispensable in her life. Cheryl now spends her days writing her story into a blog and a forthcoming memoir. When she isn’t writing she’s spending time with her husband and three young children.
