This 4-week course will immerse participants as co-travellers with Mary, in the bittersweet journey through the dark uncertainty of Advent.

Themes of empathy, overcoming roadblocks, surrendering, and rebirth will be explored through story, listening prayer, and creativity.

Cheryl is a former pharmacist whose life was upheaved by incurable brain cancer in 2016.
Since then spirituality and contemplation have become indispensable in her life.
Cheryl now spends her days writing her story into a blog and a forthcoming memoir. When
she isn't writing, she is spending time with her husband and three young children.
