The Well

After some gorgeous social gatherings last year, we’re rejuvenating the Young(ish) Adults program as The Well. 

The Well is poised to be a place where our community aged 18 and upwards can gather at least twice a Season (more if desired) with a social activity that brings us together. We know that there are many who fall in this category who have young children too, and aim to give full details and times in enough advance notice so you can procure child care in order to join our gatherings. For the fall season, the two events will look a little like this:

October 24th: Greendale Acres Firepit Gathering

Kicking off the Fall vibes, we’ll be booking a fire pit at Greendale Acres for an evening of nibbles, s'mores, corn, and banter. Times to follow in the coming week!

November 21st: The Great Chilliwack Bake Off

Right before the madness of the Festive season, we have a day of baking it up in the church hall kitchen. Come and get challenged by your local disapproving Brit (me) in a fun baking-oriented gauntlet, and see if you can earn the coveted handshake for your inspiring bake. (Handshake may or may not be firm) Time to follow up in the coming week.
