Last week Fr. Allen's devotional focused on "risking wisely." How do we do that in a time of global isolation? Ecclesiastes provides a way forward with its strange metaphor: "cast your bread upon the waters..." In a paradox, our isolation might yet help us engage more fruitfully and fulsomely with our neighbours.
