Pride Festival Chilliwack 2023

What a positive community spirit in action. Many people came to our booth to say hi, share some of their past and present stories of their lives, receive lemon or cold mint water to quench their thirst, or bring their pet or have a candy or two. We were thanked a million times for being a loving Christian church presence while outside the circle some yelled hate and damnation. Seeing so many young families melted our hearts - parents teaching their children to love and accept all persons! JOY filled the air!

We love being an affirming church! Receiving and giving nourishment and meeting so many new friends at this event was beyond what we imagined.
